suea started suea's dinner service (est. 2019) as a means to express herself creatively through food. what once started as a fun side project atop her chinatown studio apartment to feed, nourish, and share ideas with friends has now become a staple of suea's food business and offerings. suea continues to use food as a vehicle to drive conversations around what we eat and the purpose of food and food culture.
